Welcome back to the second part of lesson two in the PrintJourney course! In this tutorial, we'll dive deep into the PrintJourney dashboard, exploring all the different pages and features available to help you streamline your print-on-demand workflow.
The Sidebar
The sidebar is your main navigation tool within PrintJourney. From here, you can access the following pages:
- Homepage
- Catalog
- Products
- Designs
If you ever have any ideas, encounter issues, or want to provide feedback, simply click on the feedback button in the sidebar to let us know.
The Homepage
The homepage provides an overview of your PrintJourney account, displaying key stats such as the number of published products, generated designs, and connected stores. You'll also find quick access buttons to create products, generate designs, and add more stores. Scrolling down, you can view your latest published products and generated designs.
The Designs Page
The designs page is where you can view all the designs you've generated using PrintJourney. You can sort your designs, access your favorites, upload your own designs, or generate new ones using AI. Stay tuned for a dedicated lesson on generating designs!
The Catalog Page
On the catalog page, you can manage your templates and collections. Templates are the structure of the products you'll be publishing, while collections are groups of templates. When you publish a collection, you're bulk publishing each template within that collection to your store.
The Products Page
The products page displays all the products you've created. Clicking on a product allows you to view the final mockup, template name, product name, description, and generated keywords. You can edit any of these details and publish the changes directly to Printify.
As you publish products, you can monitor their progress in the "Processing" section. If a product fails to publish, you'll find it in the "Unpublished" section with an explanation of what went wrong.
The Settings Page
Lastly, the settings page allows you to update your profile image and name, export generated images in batches of 100, manage your subscription, buy more credits, and integrate with Discord for saving mid-journey generated images (covered in a future tutorial).
PrintJourney is designed to make navigation and workflow as smooth as possible, helping you get your work done efficiently. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Stay tuned for the next lesson, where we'll start creating designs using AI!
